Registered Nurse (RN)
Responsibilities:Utilize the nursing process - assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide holistic care across all age groups. Collaborate with patients, families, and care teams to achieve optimal outcomes, making care decisions based on patient conditions and priorities. Adhere to professional scope of practice, ANA standards, and ethical guidelines.
Qualifications:Graduate from an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred). Licensed in the relevant state. Prior nursing experience is preferred. Certifications include BLS, and additional certifications like ACLS, TNCC, PALS, ENPC as required. Completion of de-escalation and restraint training per unit guidelines.
Skills & Abilities:Demonstrated proficiency in acute-care nursing, strong knowledge base, and basic computer skills.
