CNA - LTC​/SNF

Job Summary:

Assist nursing staff in providing quality care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility environment. Ensure resident safety, hygiene, and well-being through dedicated support and attention.

Responsibilities:

• Transport residents safely within the facility and assist with mobility needs.
• Support residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care activities and resident condition.
• Follow infection control protocols and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff regarding resident needs and status.
• Adhere to facility policies and procedures, including identification and vaccination requirements.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrate current certification as a CNA.
• Possess own reliable transportation, as public transit options are limited.
• Bring a valid state or federal-issued  the facility.
• Complete the COVID-19 vaccination series or provide a valid religious or medical exemption.
• Exhibit strong communication and compassionate care skills.
• Maintain flexibility to work every other weekend and adhere to scheduling policies.
