Shift: 14:00 - 22:00; every other weekend commitment.

Contract Weeks: 10.
Requirements:
- Must have own transportation.
- All RTO must be approved before starting contract.
Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care and assistance in daily activities.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and report changes in patient conditions.
- Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans.
- Document patient care and progress accurately.
