CNA - LTC​/SNF

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Provide compassionate and quality nursing assistance in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities. Ensure patient comfort, safety, and adherence to care plans under supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Record and report any changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff.
• Adhere to infection control policies and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Support nurses in providing direct patient care and delivering therapeutic services.
• Follow facility procedures for documenting care and safety protocols.
• Comply with all workforce requirements, including license and vaccination policies.

Qualifications:

• Valid state Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Proven experience working in LTC or SNF settings preferred.
• Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Must have own transportation due to limited public transit options.
• Flexibility to work every other weekend as scheduled.
• Ability to obtain or present a valid  meet vaccination documentation requirements.
