Job Summary:

Assist patients in personal care and activities of daily living within a long-term care or skilled nursing facility. Ensure patient safety and comfort while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate assistance with bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Monitor and document patient conditions and report changes to nursing staff.
• Follow care plans and protocols established by healthcare providers.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
• Support medication reminders and basic health assessments as directed.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid CNA certification or license.
• Demonstrate experience in LTC or SNF settings.
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Adhere to infection control procedures and safety standards.
• Complete mandatory training and ongoing education requirements.
