Job Summary:

Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting. Ensure patient comfort and safety while adhering to established protocols and policies.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Monitor residents' health status and document relevant changes
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
• Follow infection control procedures and maintain a sterile environment
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
• Comply with all facility policies and legal requirements

Qualifications:

• Licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Valid state nursing license in good standing
• Proven experience in LTC or SNF environments
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and safety protocols
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
