We’re seeking a Store Manager who thrives in a fast-paced retail + commercial environment and is passionate about leading people, improving performance, and delivering exceptional customer service.

• Lead daily store operations and team performance
• Drive sales growth and meet profit goals
• Build, coach, and develop a strong team
• Manage payroll, expenses, inventory, and store P&L
• Ensure safety, compliance, and store standards
• Support hiring, training, and employee development
• Identify new customer and revenue opportunities

• High School Diploma/ GED
• 3+ years management experience (auto parts preferred)
• Strong leadership and coaching ability
• Experience with sales, operations, and team development
• Ability to manage budgets, payroll, and performance metrics
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and POS systems

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the day
• PPE required as needed

• Full-time leadership role
• ~50 hours per week
