Sales Associate

What We’re Looking For

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (must meet company driver qualification requirements).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Basic math skills and comfort handling cash.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check.
• Previous retail, customer service, or delivery driving experience is a plus!

• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs unassisted, and occasionally up to 75 lbs.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, reaching, and performing physical tasks throughout your shift.
• Comfortable working in a retail/warehouse setting (exposure to dust, temperature variations, and battery handling) and driving on local roads.

Pay rate: $19/hr

Schedule:

Monday - Friday

salary: $39,519 - $39,520 per year

• Customer Care: Warmly greet customers, listen to their needs, and clearly explain product features and benefits.
• Drive Sales: Recommend the best options (“good, better, best”) and related items to help customers complete their projects and meet your personal sales goals.
• Vehicle & Battery Services: Perform basic automotive battery testing and installations, plus handle local deliveries using a company vehicle.
• Store Operations: Process cash and card transactions accurately on our POS system, assist with receiving and stocking inventory, and keep the sales floor clean and easy to shop.
