We specialize in concrete pavers, wall stone, natural stone, steps, treads, and thin veneer for residential and commercial projects. Our customers include homeowners, landscapers, and professional masons who rely on our product knowledge and hands‑on service to get jobs done right.

We’re seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our Rutland team. This role blends inside sales, customer service, and hands‑on material support. You’ll work directly with contractors and homeowners to understand project needs, recommend the right materials, and ensure a smooth experience from selection to pickup.

• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, landscapers, and retail customers
• Provide product recommendations and application guidance
• Generate and follow up on sales leads
• Load, unload, and stage materials for customer pickup
• Maintain strong product knowledge across hardscape and natural stone offerings
• Deliver exceptional customer service in the showroom and yard

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Comfortable working in an active yard environment
• Willingness to be trained on small loaders and forklifts (training provided)

• Sales, customer service, or construction-related experience preferred
• Interest in masonry, hardscape, or building materials
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills; CRM or POS experience is a plus
• Familiarity with the Rutland area is a bonus

• Hourly pay range: $22–$28 per hour, based on experience
