Conducts the installation and service of ELD/GPS/AOBRD and fleet management equipment into various types of vehicles;
Installs, configures, and troubleshoots hardware and/or software solutions supporting critical business functions and customer-facing services;
Performs all functions relating to the receipt, inventory, storage, tracking, repair, disposal, and reporting of Information Technology assets utilized throughout the fleet;
Preschedules service and proactively contacts maintenance and operation teams at each location when they are due for service and prior to holidays;
Executes training programs for maintenance and operations teams on troubleshooting and configuration of the OBC system
