The Melanson Company, a Tecta America Company, is seeking an entry-level roofer to join our Rutland, VT crew. Under the Foreman's direction, you will install, maintain and repair commercial roofing systems (EPDM, TPO, PVC) and support the team on daily tasks.
No prior roofing experience is required; we provide training. Candidates must be 18+ and able to lift 25+ lbs regularly, with occasional 50+ lbs lifts, and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
