• Undertake electrical maintenance on both residential and commercial premises, including electrical installation condition reports, emergency light testing, fire alarm testing, installations and certification, fault finding and repairs.
• Identify materials and provide quotations for remedial works.
• Undertake risk assessments and method statements where required.
• Ensure adherence to electrical, building and health and safety regulations.
• Update and maintain job management system.

• Must have minimum 5 years experience of working within property maintenance/ construction environment and Level 3 Electrical qualification. 18th edition and 2391 (test and inspect) an advantage.
• Must have good level of technical knowledge of working methods, practices, RAMS and regulations.
• Must be proficient in MS Office and have the ability to learn new systems.
• Must have a full driver's license.

Salary: £41,199 per annum (PAYE)
