Compensation: $80,000-$100,000

You’ll collaborate with innovative teams, work with rich data, and help build deposit products that delight members and outperform the market.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities for product enhancement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement product feature changes.
• Analyze membership growth, deposit flows, and service execution.
• Utilize financial tools to measure, monitor, and forecast expenses.
• Contribute to monthly cash flow forecasts.
• Assist in preparing monthly reports for senior leadership.
• Stay current on relevant laws and compliance standards.

Skills, Knowledge & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field.
• Experience in financial analysis, ideally in financial services.
• Strong data extraction, reporting, and analytical skills.
• Ability to present complex information clearly.
• Proficiency in Excel; SQL is a plus.
• Knowledge of financial regulations.
