Power Bi Tableau Visual Analytics Developer

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about transforming complex data into clear, compelling, and actionable visual insights for business and leadership audiences. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality Tableau and Power BI dashboards that visually communicate performance trends, operational insights, and business outcomes. Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand analytical needs and define visualization requirements, including KPIs, metrics, and storytelling approaches.

Create business solutions that improve efficiency, productivity, and decision-making across operating organizations. Collaborate with business our data analytics team and IT to ensure data sources, view tables, and models are accurate, performant, and aligned with business definitions.

Required Skills / Experience include 2–5 years of demonstrated experience in visual analytics, business intelligence, or data visualization roles. Strong expertise in visual analytics and data storytelling, with the ability to present insights in a clear, concise, and business-focused manner. Strong visual design sensibility and familiarity with data visualization best practices. Proficiency in Azure Dev Ops or similar sprint and backlog management tools.

Advanced expertise in Tableau Desktop, including dashboard and worksheet creation, calculated fields, parameters, action filters, data source management, and performance optimization. Advanced expertise in Power BI, including interactive dashboard and report development, data modeling and DAX, report troubleshooting and optimization.
