Own the full project lifecycle for mission-critical electrical work on large commercial facilities—especially data centers. Convert concepts into executable plans; coordinate the moving parts; and protect schedule, budget, and quality while supporting field teams every step of the way.
Key outcomes
Project flow orchestrated from inception to completion for complex structures, facilities, and systems.
Milestones met through disciplined planning, scheduling, and coordination of construction activities.
Financials controlled via accurate estimates, progress reporting, and cost tracking.
Critical equipment and subcontracted work released on time with clear shipping requirements, delivery forecasts, and documented delivery notifications.
Trade foreman supported with timely, accurate material takeoffs and procurement alignment.
Field personnel empowered to collaborate effectively with other subcontractors; issues resolved quickly on site.
Clients kept informed and confident through proactive relationship management.
Core responsibilities
Guide conceptual development, then structure the work: scope, schedule, budget, and implementation.
Prepare and submit budget estimates; publish progress updates; maintain cost-control reports.
Release POs for major equipment and subcontractors; document shipping needs and anticipated arrival dates; request and track delivery notices.
Coordinate material takeoffs performed by the trade foreman; ensure availability aligns with the schedule.
Maintain strong client relationships while supporting field teams and resolving onsite challenges.
Hold complete financial accountability for the project using sound construction finance and accounting practices.
Qualifications7–10 years of experience within the Low Voltage domain.
Demonstrated leadership delivering large-scale data center electrical buildouts.
Proficiency in planning, directing, and coordinating construction and maintenance for commercial facilities and systems.
