Part Time Youth Pastor is responsible for oversight and direction of the weekly Student Ministry. He is responsible for leading the students to Christ and guiding them in discipleship. He will oversee the Sunday morning and Wednesday evening weekly ministry events with occasional special events throughout the year.
ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include the weekly events mentioned above.
- Plan special events and align scheduling with the staff
- Oversee the student ministry communication
- Work with the pastor and leadership in prayer, serving and sharing the gospel
Personal relationship with Jesus Christ
- Aligns with the church beliefs
- Previous student ministry experience preferred but will mentor
