- Graduate of an accredited RN program
- Current RN license
- 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery RN experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or obtain within 30 days of hire or transfer
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification or obtain within 60 days of hire or transfer
