Position: Own the Finance Function at Kanbrick

In this pivotal role, you report to the VP Finance, managing all aspects of accounting, compliance, investor relations, and tax structure. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead financial operations instead of merely maintaining systems, preparing you for future leadership within the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all month-end and year-end financial processes

• Ensure compliance with SEC regulations

• Prepare federal and state tax filings

• Maintain strong investor relations with precise reporting

• Manage end-to-end audit processes

Requirements:

• CPA designation essential

• Background in Big 4 public accounting preferred

• Experience in compliance and financial operations

• Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic setting

• Excellent communication with finance and non-finance teams
