Join Timberstone Realty's dynamic team as a New Home Sales Representative in Ontario. In this full-time role, you'll oversee sales activities, assist clients, and manage properties across the GTA.
As a crucial member of the sales team, you will utilize your customer service skills and marketing insights to drive sales success. You’ll prepare essential sales documents, educate clients about purchases, and ensure the Sales Office operates efficiently, contributing to the growth of Timberstone Realty's client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prospect, outreach, and follow up with sales leads
• Prepare all relevant agreements and documentation
• Greet walk-in clients at the Sales Office
• Maintain high operational standards in the Sales Office
• Execute market research on key competitors
Requirements:
• Must be a Licensed Realtor with RECO
• Experience in New Home Sales is a plus
• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Experience with Pre-Construction Sales Technology
• Willing to work flexible hours and travel as needed
