Job DescriptionCHCS is looking for a full-time Accounting Specialist in Bangor working Monday
- Friday in the office. The Payroll and Cash Receipts Accounting Specialist works to ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll, cash receipts and miscellaneous accounts receivable for CHCS.
- Biweekly payroll processing
- Daily cash receipts
- Maintenance of miscellaneous accounts receivables
- 3-5 years of general accounting experience
- Experience with payroll, cash receipts and accounts receivable
- Experience with ADP or similar payroll software
- Experience with Finance Edge NXT or similar financial management software
- Experience with Windows 365 programs (Excel, Word, Outlook)
