Receptionist, Administrative​/Clerical

Seal Rock Healthcare, part of the Atlantic Heights Community, is a fully‑licensed Medicaid/Medicare‑certified facility offering 105 beds. As the Receptionist, you provide our visitors with the first impression of our facility, offer excellent customer service to families, visitors and staff, and watch for residents needing assistance. Reports to Lead Receptionist or Administrator.

• Greet all incoming residents and visitors.
• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate area in a friendly and professional manner.
• Sort and direct incoming mail.
• Distribute paychecks and other employee statements.
• Manage office supplies, helping staff get what they need.
• Assemble information packets.
• Perform various office duties assigned.

• Possess a pleasant and professional telephone and personal presentation.
• Work with people in a positive and friendly manner.
• Basic understanding of telephone systems, computer and photocopier.
• Work with frequent interruptions and multitask effectively.

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
