Role & TeamYou’ll primarily provide day to day support to our Executive Committee members and manage our Oxford Office. You will report into the Senior Enterprise Associate and be involved in coordinating meetings, projects, Company events and internal activities. You'll be highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
Responsibilities- Provide day to day support to the Executive Committee members including diary management, inbox management, coordination of meetings and preparation of agendas and follow-up actions.
- Ensure effective governance of meetings by taking minutes and tracking actions.
- Act as a central coordination point for projects and priorities.
- Oversee the smooth running of the Oxford office, including facilities, suppliers, contractors and day to day operational needs.
- Organise Company events and assist with lunches for any internal or external meetings.
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors in the Oxford Office.
- Manage the day-to-day organisation of the office.
- Previous experience as an EA with senior stakeholders.
- Previous experience providing high quality professional minutes.
- Strong admin and organisational skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to prioritise workload and problem solve.
