Role Overview
The Global Field Readiness & Productivity Lead owns GTM field readiness and productivity outcomes for Sprinklr’s global organization. The role designs, delivers, and continuously optimizes GTM enablement programs that accelerate ramp, improve execution quality, and drive sustained productivity across customer-facing teams and their leaders.
Reporting to the Sr Director, GTM Enablement, the Lead translates GTM strategy into executable programs, leverages AI and field signals (including Gong) to identify gaps, and continuously improves readiness and productivity outcomes. The Lead also serves as a co‑designer and standard bearer for global readiness programs.
Key Responsibilities- Field Readiness & Productivity Ownership
- Own global field readiness and productivity outcomes across Sales, Solutions Consulting, Customer Success, and frontline GTM leaders.
- Translate the VP of GTM Enablement’s strategy into clear priorities, roadmaps, and execution plans.
- Serve as a regional owner with global influence, partnering with global GTM leadership to codesign scalable, reusable readiness programs.
- Onboarding & Time to Productivity
- Own the global onboarding experience for GTM roles, including program design, governance, and evolution.
- Define role‑based onboarding journeys that balance self‑serve learning, live enablement, practice, certification, and manager‑led coaching.
- Measure and optimize onboarding effectiveness through time to productivity and early performance indicators.
- Ongoing Development & Mastery Programs
- Design and deliver Level 200‑400 enablement programs aligned to Sprinklr’s core GTM motions.
- Ensure programs are outcome‑led, skill‑based, and designed for real‑world execution, not passive consumption.
- Drive sustained behavior change through practice, reinforcement, and manager accountability.
- Leader Enablement & Coaching Excellence
- Design and directly deliver enablement programs for frontline GTM leaders, in partnership with L&D leadership.
- Equip managers with coaching frameworks, operating cadences, and practical tools to reinforce readiness in the flow of work.
- Drive consistent manager adoption and accountability for onboarding, skill development, and execution excellence.
- AI Powered Enablement & Gong Proficiency
- Actively use AI to design, scale, monitor, and optimize readiness and productivity programs (e.g., content generation, signal analysis, program iteration).
- Operate as a hands‑on Gong practitioner:
- Configure and analyze dashboards and insights
- Translate call and deal signals into enablement priorities
- Enable managers to use Gong for coaching and execution improvement
- Leverage AI and Gong insights to connect readiness programs to field behavior and business outcomes.
- Standards, Governance & Executive Insights
- Define and uphold readiness standards, certification criteria, and enablement design principles.
- Reduce ad‑hoc enablement by building scalable, repeatable program models.
- Deliver executive‑ready insights on readiness impact, risks, and optimization opportunities across the globe.
- 8‑10+ years of experience in GTM / Sales / Field Enablement within B2B SaaS companies.
- Proven experience owning onboarding, ongoing development, and leader enablement programs.
- Hands‑on experience using AI tools to design, execute, and monitor enablement programs.
- Gong proficiency, including dashboard configuration, insight analysis, and coaching enablement.
- Deep understanding of B2B GTM motions and how leaders influence field behavior.
- Experience operating successfully as a senior individual contributor with high autonomy and executive exposure.
- Prior experience in Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, or Customer Experience (CX) roles.
- Experience at CX‑focused or enterprise SaaS companies.
- Familiarity with enablement impact measurement and productivity metrics.
US‑based employees are eligible for a competitive total rewards package, including a 401(k) plan with 100% vested company contributions, flexible paid time off, holidays, generous caregiver and parental leaves, life and disability insurance, and health benefits (medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage). Base salary for this role ranges from $134,000 to $223,000, with eligibility for discretionary bonus, commission, and equity plans depending on role.
