The Town of York, a coastal community comprised of the villages of Cape Neddick, York Harbor, York Village and York Beach, is accepting applications for the position of Part‑Time Kitchen Utility Associate

The Town of York is seeking a new member of their team to assist the Center for Active Living’s Chef in the kitchen. Employee works under the general direction of the Center for Active Living Chef. In the absence of the Chef may receive direction from the Parks and Recreation Director.

• Maintain and clean the kitchen work area, equipment, and utensils
• Use proper sanitation techniques according to state laws
• Serve food on the line
• Clean and organize the service area following meals
• Assist the chef with food preparation and service in a fast‑paced environment

Summer Camp Director's are responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing all aspects of Camp Funshine & Camp Coastline. This includes staff management, program development, camper safety, and daily operations. The Director ensures a fun, safe, and engaging environment for all campers and staff.

This seasonal position is responsible for supervising children ages 5–13, ensuring their safety, and implementing recreational programs under the general guidance of the Recreation Coordinator.

Applicants must be at least 15 years old and have prior experience working with children.

Park Ranger positions are filled for the summer field season. Please check back in the fall!

Park Rangers will perform a variety of park operational activities.

• Regulate access fee compliance
• General custodial and park maintenance operations
• Visitor orientation and guidance for the Mount Agamenticus Conservation Program

Park Attendants are the first point of contact, conducting routine checks, interacting with visitors, and promoting safe, responsible access to the area.

Our maintenance staff is responsible for maintaining a broad range of properties located within picturesque York, ME. Daily assignments working in public parks, beaches and athletic fields in conjunction with a team atmosphere make for a great summer job opportunity. Our cemetery maintenance crew is responsible for the upkeep of 300+ ancient burial grounds and veteran’s graves here in York. Our crew works seasonally to track down, map, restore and protect these historical landmarks. Make your summer rewarding by joining our unique and professional crew.
