Job Description
Summary:
Marcum Hotel & Conference Center is looking to add to our team for the school year 2025‑26. This position works the front desk and the starting rate is $11.30/hr hours vary between 7 a.m. and 11 p.m. The greatest demand is for staff between 3 p.m. and 11 p.m., with some third‑shift hours available. Position includes shifts on Saturdays and Sundays as business demands.

- Answering phones
- Making reservations
- Handling in‑house guest needs
- Sharing knowledge of campus with guests
- Providing a high level of customer service with a positive attitude
