• $160,000 - $205,000 per year
• Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

• Monday to Thursday

• License & Certification:
  Licensed dentist
• education: DMD or DDS degree from an accredited program.
• Specialization:
  Completion of a postdoctoral periodontal program.
• Certification:
  Current dental license in the state of hire and American Board of Periodontology certification.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is a plus, but not required.
• Skills:
  
  Strong work ethic, manual dexterity, excellent communication skills, and a personable chair-side manner.
• Training Commitment:
  Ability to travel overnight for training sessions once a month during the first year of employment.

• Clinical Care:
  Diagnose and treat gum disease and issues involving the bones surrounding the jaw; perform dental implant placement.
• Treatment Planning:
  Develop comprehensive treatment plans and provide preventative care tailored to individual patient needs.
• Leadership:
  Lead the dental office team, ensuring alignment on daily schedules, procedures, and patient load.
• Operational Support:
  Assist office staff with assessing P&L reports and managing office dynamics.
• Professional Development:
  Continuously improve clinical skills through participation in exclusive training and networking with colleague dentists.
