KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting has partnered with a growing company near Biddeford, ME that is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their finance/FP&A team. This highly visible role will work closely with leadership to deliver financial insights, evaluate trends, and drive forward-looking analysis to support operational decision making. • Provide real-time financial analysis to help guide purchasing, pricing, and operational decisions across a key business segment
• Lead forecasting and budgeting processes for the division, covering the full P&L including sales, COGS, and operating expenses
• Deliver monthly and quarterly financial reporting, identifying key variances and performance drivers
• Partner with commercial and operations teams to analyze customer and regional sales trends
• Track and present key financial metrics and benchmarks to internal stakeholders
• Support ad hoc financial projects and provide data-driven recommendations for strategic planning

• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or related corporate finance role
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (MBA, CPA or advanced degree a plus but not required)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel with the ability to build models and perform complex analysis
• Experience presenting findings to stakeholders and supporting cross-functional initiatives
• Strong ERP software experience
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently

Salary: $100,000-$120,000 + Competitive Benefits
