Job Overview
Apartment communities in Saco, Biddeford, and Old Orchard Beach are seeking an energetic, self‑motivated, and dependable individual to join our maintenance team. Under direction, the technician will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance and upkeep of buildings, equipment, facilities, and grounds. Excellent communication skills are essential as this position involves coordinating regularly with management, coworkers, residents, and subcontractors. All maintenance staff participate in a rolling on‑call calendar.
Responsibilities- Repairs to appliances and fixtures
- Patch holes in walls
- Paint building interiors
- Clean vacant units and interior spaces
- Miscellaneous carpentry repairs
- Change locks
- Grounds keeping, landscaping and snow removal
A clean driver’s license is required.
Compensation & BenefitsRate of pay: $25 per hour. Full benefits, including medical, dental, and 401(k) with match.
