Job SummarySr Manager, Operations (Inventory Control) has overall responsibility for a single manufacturing facility. Directs all aspects of production activity at the assigned plant to ensure that the desired quantities and quality of products are manufactured on schedule in a safe manner at minimum cost. May be responsible for Accounting, Human Resources and other staff functions. Proven leadership skills with 10+ years of direct oversight of warehouse facility operations required.
Demonstrate solid knowledge of logistics processes to include receipt and shipment of Government materials, warehousing development, and strategic planning.

- Directs manufacturing operations and management teams for plants and locations of an organization that support business goals.
- Incorporates the organizational strategy and plans for operational safety, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and cost control policies and programs in manufacturing processes.
- Monitors production metrics and recommends process improvements, new technologies, and methods to maximize operational efficiency.
- Drives workforce planning activities and approves/ allocates resources based on business priorities.
- Implements long-term plans for facilities, equipment, materials, technology, and workforce resources to maintain manufacturing capacity and processes.
- Leads and directs the work of other managers and has responsibility for personnel actions including hiring, performance management, and termination with concurrence from HR & General Managers.
Preferred managerial experience with professional supervisors as well as a represented workforce. Exhibit a strong focus on workplace safety and culture. Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external customers.
Required Qualifications- Required education and experience:
Associate's Degree and 7-8 years' experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience - Critical professional related technical skills; computer skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

- Up to 25% travel likely.
