Role and Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement:
    Communicate directly with customers throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring their needs are identified and met with outstanding service.
  • Project Management:
    Proactively manage your projects with a strong focus on timelines, quality, and budget, visiting sites to ensure our standards are upheld.
  • Team

    Collaboration:

    Work closely with our Customer Service Manager and other team members to ensure projects run smoothly, contributing to a supportive and effective team environment.
  • Quality Assurance:
    Review completed projects to ensure they meet Allenfarm Fence’s high standards, embodying our commitment to “You Deserve the Best”.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment to meet shared objectives.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software to efficiently manage project details.
  • Knowledge of the fencing industry is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality customer service.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and handle unexpected challenges.
