We're looking for a Real Estate Servicing Manager who loves solving problems, improving processes, supporting team members, and ensuring our members receive exceptional service throughout the life of their loans. What

You'll Be Doing

No two days are exactly the same, but you can expect to:

  • Lead and develop a talented servicing team, including coaching, hiring, and performance management.
  • Ensure mortgage, home equity, and business loan servicing activities are accurate, compliant, and member focused.
  • Keep loan servicing systems running smoothly, including rate changes, user management, and platform support.
  • Oversee escrows, statements, notices, credit reporting, and other critical servicing functions.
  • Partner with lending, processing, risk, and operations teams to create a seamless member experience.
  • Support audits, regulatory reviews, and compliance initiatives.
  • Investigate and resolve servicing issues with accuracy and urgency.
  • Manage UCU's loan servicing operations while identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
  • Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices by participating in professional development opportunities.

This role is located out of our branch in Saco, Maine. You will be required to work in office on a regular basis as needed.
