Pay: $20.00 per hour
Hours: 30 - 39 hours per week, Monday, Tuesday & Friday from 6:30am to 7:30pm (open to discussing a part-time schedule)

As a Temporary Production Worker, you'll support daily operations on the manufacturing floor, ensuring products are made efficiently and to the highest standards. You'll work closely with supervisors and team members to achieve production goals while maintaining a safe and organized workspace.

What You'll Do
As a production worker, you will be responsible for

• Operating semi-automatic die-cutting machines to trim products for shipment
• Performing in-process inspections to ensure product quality
• Logging quantities and maintaining accurate production records
• Packaging, palletizing, and transporting finished goods using a pallet jack
• Supporting cleaning, organizing, and material handling tasks as needed

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• High school diploma or GED
• Fluent English with effective communication skills
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform demanding tasks
• Basic math skills and ability to use hand-held measuring tools
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures
• Prior experience in production or manufacturing is a plus but not required
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills are helpful
