Machine Operator – $21/hr

Schedule:
Full‑time
We are seeking a dependable Machine Operator to join our millwork team in Saco. In this role, you will operate multiple machines used to manufacture doors and doorstops.
Responsibilities- Operate several machines on site
- Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines
- Maintain accuracy, quality, and attention to detail
- Previous manufacturing experience (machine operation preferred)
- High school diploma/GED preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Able to read instructions, follow procedures, and work as part of a team
- Basic math skills; able to match and count numbers
- Ability to distinguish colors
- Strong safety focus
- Dependable and accountable
- Detail‑oriented
- Flexible and adaptable
- Team‑oriented with a positive attitude
