Shop Helper / Fabrication Assistant

NRK Welding is looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our team. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with their hands and is willing to learn. Immediate openings are available.

Pay: $20–$25/hour (depending on experience)

• Full-time or part-time
• Weekdays and weekends available
• Immediate start
• Position may be temporary, with the potential for continued employment based on workload and performance

• Read and accurately use a tape measure
• Assist with welding and fabrication projects
• Cutting, grinding, drilling, and material preparation
• Shop cleanup and organization
• Loading and unloading materials
• Assist with installations and various labor tasks as needed

• Must be able to read a tape measure
• Welding and fabrication experience is preferred but not required
• Experience using hand and power tools is a plus
• Reliable transportation
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
