Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated production workers for our operations in Biddeford, Maine. The role involves general production and assembly of products tailored for the aerospace industry. Candidates should be comfortable working in a social setting, performing repetitive and detailed work, and standing on their feet for 8-10 hours daily.
Responsibilities- Perform production and assembly duties for aerospace products and components.
- Follow detailed work instructions and quality standards.
- Complete repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Work collaboratively with team members to assemble materials and finished products.
- Maintain a positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes.
- Support a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
- Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions.
- Strong reliability, attendance, and punctuality.
- Positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow.
- Comfortable standing and working on your feet for 8-10 hours per shift.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly.
- Experience using hand tools and performing mechanical assembly.
- Experience in general labor, packaging, or warehouse environments.
- Experience working in a cleanroom or quality-focused production setting is a plus.
- 12 paid holidays per year.
- Paid shutdown during the week of Christmas.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saco, ME.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
