Machine Operator Pay: $20.00 per hour

Hours:

Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

ASAP – Qualified candidates could start as soon as Friday! Looking for a hands-on manufacturing opportunity with room to grow? Join a busy production team as a Machine Operator and become an important part of the manufacturing process. As a Machine Operator, you'll work with a variety of products and equipment while helping to ensure orders are produced accurately, safely, and efficiently.

What You'll Do As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment
• Inspecting and approving products for quality before continuing the production process
• Reading product descriptions, bills of materials, and drawings
• Performing basic, single, double, and whiplock splices
• Tagging, labeling, and packaging completed orders appropriately
• Maintaining accurate paperwork related to inventory, production, and scheduling
• Performing basic housekeeping and keeping your work area clean and organized
• Following detailed operating instructions and all company safety policies

What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Previous machine operating experience preferred, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Good time-management skills
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Full finger and hand dexterity
• Ability to read and understand detailed instructions and drawings
• Knowledge of quality and packaging requirements, or the ability to learn
• A dependable work ethic and willingness to learn new processes

Location & Schedule This is an on-site, full-time position working Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Physical Requirements This is an active, hands-on position. Candidates must be able to:

• Lift, carry, and position objects up to 50 lbs. repeatedly
• Stand for sustained periods
• Bend, kneel, crouch, twist, pull, and work overhead
• Use proper body mechanics when lifting and moving materials
• Use hands and fingers for detailed, repetitive work

Work Environment The work environment is fast-paced and may involve exposure to moving mechanical parts and loud noise. Safety procedures must be followed at all times.
