Compassus is seeking a Hospice Admission Registered Nurse (RN) to assess patients for hospice eligibility and to explain hospice care services to patients and families. You will collaborate with the Inter-Disciplinary Team to develop an initial plan of care and address patients’ immediate needs.
Requirements include an active RN license in the state, two years of RN experience (hospice experience preferred), a current driver’s license, and CPR/BCLS certification.
