We are looking for a driven Sales Development Representative who takes ownership and delivers results that matter to our clients. As an SDR you will be the engine behind our clients' growth, representing them across industries, executing outbound strategies, and constantly refining your approach to maximize conversions.
Responsibilities- Run outbound cold calling campaigns and reach out via email and Linked In on behalf of clients across various industries.
- Manage outreach for 3–6 client projects simultaneously, representing different companies and fueling their sales pipelines through proactive, targeted outreach.
- Craft personalized messages and adapt your communication style to different audiences and markets.
- Build strong prospect relationships through consistent follow‑ups and smart objection handling.
- Leverage automation tools to handle high‑volume outreach efficiently.
- Track your results and contribute ideas that make campaigns sharper and more effective.
- Use tools such as Hub Spot, Reply.io, Expandi, Nooks, and Calendly to stay organized and on top of every pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with US and European clients, sharing insights that directly shape campaign strategy.
- Work in a fast‑paced lead generation agency, not a single‑product company.
- Each SDR manages multiple client projects, giving exposure to different industries and challenges.
- Form a dedicated team for each project, including Researchers, SDRs, Account Managers, and Content Specialists, fostering close collaboration and continuous learning.
- Explore new industries, switch between projects, and grow your outbound and communication skills quickly.
- Receive ongoing support, training, and feedback from experienced colleagues to help you succeed and advance in your career.
- Communicate with clarity and confidence, building lasting relationships.
- Be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Have at least 2 years of experience in a role where outbound outreach, prospecting, or pipeline generation was a core responsibility.
- Be comfortable switching gears and adapting your voice and approach across different industries, clients, and markets.
- Be available during US business hours at least a few days per week (≈7:00 AM – 3:00 PM EST) to connect with prospects across European and US markets.
- Be proactive, reliable, and always looking for smarter ways to get things done.
- Believe in continuous learning, skill growth, and raising your own bar.
- 30‑minute pre‑screen with a recruiter.
- Test assignment to demonstrate your skills and approach to real challenges.
- Interview with the SDR Enablement Manager, including a role‑play to see you in action.
- Final interview with the Managing Director and Account Director.
