We are recruiting a Truck Sales Representative to sell our fleet of International, Hino, Isuzu and Ford trucks and trailers across multiple states.

- Customer‑focused role that builds on existing relationships while creating new opportunities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing existing relationships
- Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge
- Own all sales within the assigned territory, including regional, house accounts and local chains
- Write customer orders and sales contracts in line with company guidelines
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues regarding products or services
- Contact prospective customers to explain services and solicit new business
- Achieve sales profit standards and propose customer terms based on profitability and credit worthiness
- Maintain sales standards by account and coordinate with other departments
- Adhere to sales policies and procedures
- Serve as liaison between the company and its customers
- Develop markets within the assigned territory and implement merchandising programs
- Manage customer pricing and profitability within corporate guidelines
- Lift up to 50 pounds and update CRM with sales activities
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and learn quickly
- Knowledge of truck specifications
- Familiarity with accounting and business software required for dealership operations
- 1 to 3 years of experience in the trucking/transportation industry
- Willingness to obtain a CDL – not required initially
- Prior sales experience is preferred, but high drive and willingness to learn are acceptable
