Agentic Business Consultant, Agentforce Process Automation

Salesforce is looking for a dynamic consultant to drive go‑to‑market strategies for the Agentforce process automation platform (Regrello). You will partner with Account Executives and cross‑functional teams to discover customer needs, develop value narratives, and lead high‑impact proof‑of‑concept engagements that demonstrate the business value of autonomous processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Value Selling – lead solution discussions on complex deals and pitch the vision of autonomous business processes, delivering a multi‑year value roadmap.
  • Value Architecting – define a multi‑year "Value Roadmap" for customers, showing how Agentforce can transform entire operations.
  • Executive Influence – act as the primary SME in C‑suite presentations, translating technical capabilities into business outcomes.
  • Solution Proof & Validation – lead and manage 4‑5 week POC engagements, proving the business case and securing technical buy‑in.
  • Cross‑Functional GTM Strategy – partner with Product and Engineering to align the Regrello roadmap with real‑world problems.
  • Quota Ownership – drive revenue growth as part of a commissionable team, taking accountability for deal velocity and win rates.
Experience & Skills Required
  • 10+ years in Technical Sales, Solutions Engineering, Business Value Consulting, or Technology Consulting.
  • Deep industry experience in Financial Services, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Supply Chain, or Public Sector.
  • Familiarity with supply chain management, financial services, or workflow automation platforms.
  • Master of Discovery – proven ability to lead "whiteboard" sessions that challenge current state and build a compelling vision for the future.
  • Technical Fluency – ability to configure solutions (POCs) using no‑code tools, focusing on solving business problems.
  • Executive Presence – exceptional communication skills to explain complex AI and automation concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Agile mindset – thrive in a fast‑scaling environment and serve as subject‑matter expert on cross‑functional deal teams.
  • Experience working in quota‑carrying roles with MBO or KSO incentive structures.
