Duties include site clean‑up, rough carpentry, light framing, and general labor to keep the project running safely and efficiently. This role can start ASAP following an interview with our team. We are available all week to interview.

• Perform daily site clean‑up
• Assist with rough carpentry and light framing tasks
• Use hand and power tools safely and correctly
• Support basic concrete work and material handling
• Follow all job site safety procedures
• Assist crew members and communicate with supervisors as needed

• 1–2 years of construction or general labor experience
• Experience with rough carpentry, light framing, and concrete basics
• Proficiency with common hand and power tools
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills
• Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions

Active construction site with outdoor work, varying weather conditions, and typical site noise. Standard daytime shifts; PPE and appropriate work attire required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saco, ME.
