Master- Carpenter

Description

We are seeking a skilled Master Carpenter with experience in fence building to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience constructing fences, gates, pergolas and related outdoor structures. This role requires a strong understanding of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials, along with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Construct, wooden fences, gates, pergolas and other custom outdoor structures
• Read and interpret blueprints to determine project specifications and requirements
• Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials with precision and attention to detail
• Utilize both hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Operate standard shop machinery, tools and equipment
• Maintain proper stacking, staging, and labeling of materials throughout the production process
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and ensure quality workmanship
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment
• Ensure all work complies with company standards for craftmanship, quality and safety

• Minimum of 3 years of carpentry experience, including at least 1 year of finish or trim carpentry
• Proven experience in fence construction and related outdoor structures
• Strong knowledge of wood types, joinery, and carpentry methods
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and shop machinery
• Must be able to read blueprints
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in varying conditions
• Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
• Consistent adherence to company policies and safety procedures
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
