Premier Garage of Southern Maine is growing and looking for an Epoxy Floor Installer / Painter / Coatings Technician to join our team installing premium garage floor coatings and storage systems throughout Southern Maine.

This is a hands-on role for someone who likes working independently, takes craftsmanship seriously, and wants to be part of a growing business.

Experience with epoxy flooring is great — but not required. We are happy to train the right person. People with backgrounds in painting, coatings, concrete work, flooring, auto body, construction, drywall finishing, or other detail-oriented trades often do very well in this position.

• Grind and prepare concrete surfaces for coating
• Install premium epoxy/polyaspartic garage floor systems
• Help install garage cabinetry and storage systems as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, professional jobsite
• Communicate professionally with homeowners
• Take pride in high-quality finished work

• Have experience in painting, coatings, construction, flooring, or another hands-on trade
• Care about detail and craftsmanship
• Like physical work and being active
• Show up reliably and work hard
• Are comfortable working independently and solving problems

• Valid driver's license, clean driving record for last two years, and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift materials and work in a physically demanding environment
• Comfortable working with tools and learning new techniques
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Experience driving a trailer a plus
