Commercial Kitchen Technician

HIRING COMMERCIAL KITCHEN TECHNICIANS

Ready to put your skills to work? Pine Tree is hiring experienced technicians who can tackle it all—including ice machines, walk‑in coolers, freezers, ovens, fryers, griddles, and HVAC units.

If you have a gas license and hands‑on experience with cold and/or hot side commercial kitchen equipment, we have a full‑time opportunity with competitive pay and a team that treats you like family.

• Perform expert diagnostics and repairs on commercial refrigeration and ice machines
• Troubleshoot and repair commercial cooking equipment such as fryers, ovens, steamers, ranges, and more
• Respond to emergency service calls and conduct routine preventative maintenance
• Deliver outstanding service with courtesy and professionalism
• Communicate effectively with customers, dispatchers, managers, and sales staff
• Spot new business opportunities while servicing existing accounts
• Maintain service vehicle and manage parts orders
• Complete all required paperwork and attend ongoing training
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned
• Work independently and as part of a team

• EPA Certification (cold side)
• Minimum 2 years of mechanical, electrical, or refrigeration experience
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record that meets our safety standards
• Compliance with safety procedures and regulations
• Flexibility for on‑call shifts and overtime when necessary
• Excellent organizational skills and a strong work ethic
• Successful background check and drug screen
• Minimum 18 years of age
• Authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship)
