When you join us, you earn $30.00 - $42.00/hour and work from 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday. We provide a tool allowance, paid drive time, a work vehicle, and a profit bonus in addition to this excellent benefits package:

As a Lead Oil and Gas Installer, you guide a small team of one or two technicians in expertly installing oil and gas‑fired boilers. Safety and accuracy are crucial, and you make sure to comply with all national, state, and local codes. You follow installation guides and maintain an organized environment as you and your team install the equipment. As you work, you keep detailed records of the job.

You’re a hands‑on leader who ensures we complete excellent work for our customers!

Here’s what you need to become a Lead Oil and Gas Installer:

• Journeyman or master license
• 3+ years of experience
• Valid state driver's license
• Solid communication skills

• Diagnostic skills
• Ability to fix heating equipment and systems
