Residential Service Tech - Oxford, MS

We are looking for a skilled and dependable Residential Service Technician to perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks within residential properties. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with general maintenance, plumbing, HVAC systems, and basic electrical repairs. This position requires strong troubleshooting abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering quality service.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs in residential properties
• Troubleshoot and repair common plumbing issues
• Assist with HVAC system maintenance and basic diagnostics
• Complete minor electrical repairs and maintenance tasks
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and service calls
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Inspect properties and communicate additional repair recommendations when necessary

• Previous experience in residential or property maintenance
• Working knowledge of plumbing systems and HVAC equipment
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and repairs
• Strong mechanical skills and experience using a variety of tools

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
