Please apply with us if you are:
- Punctual -- show up ready and on-time before the (average) start time: 5:30 AM / 6:00 AM.
- Good driving record -- Able to drive your car to Saco and then use a company car to travel to work sites.
- Basic tool knowledge -- of hand tools.
- Heights -- Comfortably able to use ladders and work at heights of 10+ feet.
- Travel -- Ability to travel in Maine and across the United States (usually on trips of 3 weeks or less) 50% of the year.
- Strong -- Able to lift 50+ lbs. (and up to 70lbs or 100 lbs) multiples times per day.
- Fluent -- in English or Spanish. Multilingual / bilingual candidates with additional languages are encouraged to apply.
- Independent -- Able to work independently and with teams.
- Safe -- Strong awareness of safety issues and solutions.
- Positive -- good attitude and ability to work with diverse teams.
- Responsible -- and self-motivated, accountable, meet commitments.
- Professional -- in your appearance, dress, and hygiene.
- Hardworking -- take pride completing quality work.
Fire-rated sealing experience preferred, but not required. It's also helpful if you've used a caulking gun before. Please email us a note after applying (or include in your resume) if you do have this experience.
