• Perform window installation or construction remodeling work with a focus on quality workmanship and customer service.
• Manage time and work processes; work independently to complete assigned installations.

• Minimum of 4 years of window installation or construction remodeling experience (preferred).
• Proven track record of superior workmanship with strong customer service orientation.
• Self-motivation and results orientation.
• Time and work process management skills; ability to work independently.

• Your own truck, trailer, tools, and metal brake (materials provided).
• General Liability Insurance - $1 Million Each Occurrence
• Automobile Insurance
