Premier Garage of Southern Maine is growing and looking for an experienced Lead Epoxy & Polyaspartic Floor Installer to join our team.

If you're currently installing epoxy floors and looking for a better opportunity with a growing company that values quality workmanship, professionalism, and its employees, we'd love to talk with you.

This is not an entry-level position. We're looking for someone with at least two years of experience installing epoxy and polyaspartic floor coating systems who can confidently lead projects and consistently deliver exceptional results.

• Lead the installation of premium epoxy and polyaspartic garage floor coating systems
• Grind, repair, and properly prepare concrete surfaces
• Mix and apply coating systems according to manufacturer specifications
• Deliver exceptional workmanship on every project
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite
• Communicate professionally with homeowners
• Help train and mentor newer installers as our team grows

• Minimum of two years of epoxy and/or polyaspartic flooring experience
• Experience with concrete grinding, crack repair, moisture testing, and surface preparation
• Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
• Ability to work independently and lead installations
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience towing/backing up a trailer

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift materials and perform physically demanding work
