Hardscape Foreman

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer and leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and MUST have experience in earthwork and hardscaping. This role involves assisting in various projects, including excavation, patio install, stone wall install, foundation pouring, and snow plowing. The Laborer will work closely with tradespeople and contribute to the successful completion of projects.

• Assist in supervising patio and walkway installs.
• Operate machines and have a strong understanding of laying out grade.
• Operate skidsteer, bucket loader, excavator, and dump truck.
• Participate in constructing foundation forms and pouring concrete.
• Assist in plowing snow in truck or machine and necessary shoveling.

• Drivers license.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials as needed.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on various responsibilities within the team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
